A wonderful thoughtful chapter. It shows Tony as competent but insecure. Sometimes I get the impression that this insecurity has its good sides, your Tony is so aware of his own faults, imagined or not, that he has learned to judge other people's reactions very well. With a big blind spot for the ones he loves/likes most. Can't wait for more.

It highlights that, especially with someone as closed off to the outside like Gibbs, it is hard to interpret his behaviour correctly. ^^ And how unlikely it is that good oldfashioned and honest talking will get them on the same page. I look forward to seeing how you will resolve the issue.
