Thank you so much, catzj! Yeah, I wanted Tony to be a bit more emotional than usual in this story. I pictured him pretty wrung out, and then emotions tend to run raw.

Nice end to an enjoyable story. Being a Brit I'm not familiar with US law in any shape or firm, however, I can certainly imagine British Govt. SOPs working that way with an important figure going off their rocker.
