I loved what Tony told Abby, Ziva and Gibbs at the end, they all deserved it. Truthfully, Tim's, Ziva's and even Abbys actions would have gotten them fired at a real government agency. Like Abby delaying processing evidance when she was on a power trip to show Tony who was in charge. Comments had been made how she hadn't endangered any of the cases, but she could very easily have done so Please continue with this story.
