CHAPTER 5:

"McGee, I think I love you!" Ziva said kissing him on the lips leaving him stunned

She grabbed the case file and entered the bathroom sitting on the toilet seat and putting the earwig into her ear hoping someone was there.

"I'm here Ziva" Tony said smiling at the sight of her in her silk nightdress
"Tony I think I have it!" Ziva said sounding excitedly
"You solved the case already!" Tony said almost choking on his popcorn
"There is only one member that was in the room that day that was not there yesterday" she said studying the photo in her hands again
"Abby is not happy with you" Tony said breaking the moment
"Really? Why?" She said knowing exactly why Abby was mad at her
"She saw you last night after we spoke" Tony said imagining a Ziva and Abby fight
"Its for the case Tony nothing more" She said reassuring herself more that Tony
"Well you had better tell Abby that, I think she is going to put some weird voodoo curse on you" Tony said letting out a small quiver
"She is just angry Tony, nothing more will come of it" Ziva said taking out the earwig
"Ziva! Ziva!" Tony said trying to get her attention

Ziva came out of the bathroom and watched McGee as he changed out of his shorts and MIT t-shirt. She had only began to notice him after spending the last 48 hours with him. She had changed her mind about him several times but decided that she should give him a chance to prove himself to Gibbs and the rest of the team so she did what she believed was the only possible thing. She quickly showered and dressed and whispered to McGee her plan, suddenly there was a knock at the door, Ziva walked to the door and looked through the peep hole.

"McGee" She whispered
"Yeah" He whispered back whilst clearing up the files on the bed
"Its him, the killer!" Ziva said back answering the door
