He smiled.
It wasn't one of his previously used-too-often ‘Spent the night in bed with a hot girl' smiles, nothing nearly as juvenile.
This smile was deep and true.
It was pure.
It radiated the love that his heart felt, guilt-free pleasure of love.
It was the first time he had smiled like this in a long time, a very long time, but was the first of many to come.
It shone through his eyes, bright and clear.
They twinkled "I love you".
Abby smiled back.
"I love you, too."
